12. When you pay for a service or product on Hildur’s Health Mastery websites
When you shop at the online store, for example when you pay for a course, we collect personal information about your name, address, town, postal code, and email address. This information is only used to complete the order.
Your credit card information is only stored with us at the time of the transaction. The card companies store your card information in their secure systems, but not on the payment page itself. All information about your card will be deleted from the system as soon as the order is confirmed and you will receive a confirmation of the transaction.
13. Cancellations, refunds & returns
The HILDUR’S HEALTH MASTERY COURSES are non-refundable. These include the foundation course, the advanced course, the support program, and the counseling group.
After a course has started, there are no refunds.
This also applies to a payment plan. By signing up with a payment plan you are legally obliged to complete your payment plan.
Hildur Online Ltd co reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.
14. Changes to Hildur’s Health Mastery privacy policy
We allow ourselves to update our privacy policy when necessary and the date at the bottom of this privacy policy indicates when the last update took place. If the changes are extensive and directly affect how we handle personal information, we will notify you by email.
