Hildur has been collecting diagnoses of various illnesses her whole life, including arthritis, osteoarthritis, digestive disorders, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, low blood pressure, thyroid issues, and the list goes on.
She had constant aches and pains, no energy, and slept poorly.
Seven years ago, she decided she'd had enough. She refused to be the victim of these illnesses and swore that she'd find a way to get her life back.
Thanks to decades of learning about and searching for ways to improve people's health, well-being, and life in general through positive lifestyle changes, she managed to create a program that gave back her energy and happiness.
Two years later, she was medication-free and got rid of nearly all of the symptoms that had controlled her life up to that point.

For several years I suffered from a weak colon and stomach, severe eczema on my hands, and terrible orthopedic problems. What happens after I enroll?
Once you join, you will receive a confirmation email of your registration.
The day before the course starts, we will send you all further information by email. You'll also receive a link to a closed Facebook group that you will have access to during the course.
When does the course begin?
The Foundation Course is closed for enrollment. If you sign up for the waiting list, we will send you a message and you will have the opportunity to register as soon as possible.
Will I need to make major dietary changes?
In order to support your body in getting back to balance, you have to make some big changes. For this reason, the program is quite rigid. When you begin to feel an improvement in your well-being, a decrease in your symptoms, or even total relief from symptoms altogether, we will begin to slowly reintroduce certain food groups to your diet.
How long does it take to start feeling benefits?
People generally begin to experience positive changes in their digestive system within two to three weeks. Of course, it varies greatly from person to person and depends as well on how sick the individual is when they start.
We urge you to set a goal to follow the program for a minimum of three months and then evaluate the results and see if it is worth continuing after that.
(You'll know the foundations of Hildur's program after 4 weeks and after that, you can choose to continue on your own or by joining our Advanced Program.)
What about the medicines I take?
We encourage you to work closely with your doctors and let them know that you are participating in this course. That way, they can help you assess your state and adapt the doses of your medicines.
What if I go abroad during the course, do I miss the classes?
All you need for full participation in the course is a reliable internet connection, whenever and wherever you are. Also during the program, you will get a bonus lecture, where Hildur will give you tips on how to stick with the program while you travel.
How long do I have access to the content?
The course lasts 4 weeks. After the course ends, you will get an additional week of access to all the study materials. If you choose to continue with Hildur and our team after that, you can join the Advance Program, where you have full access to all material from the course as well as continued support from Hildur's Health Mastery coaches.
Do you have to be or become vegan to participate in the course?
Not at all! But vegans and vegetarians can enjoy the same benefits as others.
Will I feel any discomfort?
You can expect to experience detox symptoms for the first week or two, but this experience varies greatly from person to person. Some people feel nothing at all, but others may experience flu-like symptoms, such as fever, headache, body aches, and muscle pains.
Similarly, you may experience a brief increase in your current symptoms before they begin to decrease.
Do I get any support during the course?
Every week during the course there will be a Q&A session where you can get support from our coaches. If you would like to submit a question anonymously, you can send your question personally to our coaches at Hildur's Health Mastery and we will answer it in our weekly Q&A session.
We also encourage you to participate in our closed Facebook community, where our team hangs out. You will find even more support, motivation, and inspiration from the people who are on the same path as you – reclaiming their health.
