What changed for me - and what can change for you

You don’t have to keep “just living with it.”

All my life I have had to deal with major health problems that steadily developed for the worse over the years.

Some years ago, my condition had become so bad that I could only be on my feet for two hours a day. I had constant pain and discomfort, was completely out of energy, slept poorly and suffered from chronic migraines. I have been accumulating various diagnoses all my life, including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, digestive diseases, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, low blood pressure, thyroid disease and so on.

About ten years ago I had enough. I refused to be a victim of "incurable" diseases and swore an oath to find a way to regain my life.

Two years later, I was free from all medications and most of the symptoms that had controlled my life up to that point. And then people started seeking me out for help and wanted to know how I had managed to take control of my health.

So I developed an online course where I lead people step by step through my program.

To this day, well over a thousand people have gone through one of my programs - and nothing makes me happier than hearing all the wonderful success stories that people share with me.

I had constant pain and discomfort, was completely out of energy, slept poorly and suffered from chronic migraines. But when the energy is non-existent and the pain is endless, walking is what depletes the energy fast and means that you cannot then take care of everything else that you would otherwise have been able to. Plus the medicines only have limited benefit and/or cause more ailments.

For as long as I can remember, I have always felt pain in my stomach and have always been sure that something was not as it should be in my digestive system. No matter how many times I went for stomach and intestinal endoscopies - nothing was ever found to be wrong with me.

Like most people who struggle with illnesses and extra kilos - I had tried "everything" that was available. In the end, I just gradually started to remove the foods that I found I tolerated poorly. I had removed almost all dairy products and almost all gluten and felt a bit better doing that of my own accord. But I was still so incredibly lacking in feeling fully well.

About 2 years ago I started to notice big changes in my cousin. She looked and felt so good - I just had to ask her what she was going to do! It was then she told me about Hildur's programs. I started to look into it more. Admittedly I had become quite skeptical of programs and information out there - having myself trying "everything" and having got no results. I wasn't swallowing it right away - but deep down I was always thinking that this really made sense.

Now I have completed Hildur's full program and my health has improved! My energy has multiplied. I have not achieved "perfect health" but I have improved by 80%. For as long as I can remember, I have always felt pain in my stomach and have always been sure that something was not as it should be in my digestive system. No matter how many times I went for stomach and intestinal endoscopies - nothing was ever found to be wrong with me.

Like most people who struggle with illnesses and extra kilos - I had tried "everything" that was available. In the end, I just gradually started to remove the foods that I found I tolerated poorly. I had removed almost all dairy products and almost all gluten and felt a bit better doing that of my own accord. But I was still so incredibly lacking in feeling fully well.

In order for the body to have the opportunity to activate the healing process, major changes must be made to the diet. Therefore, the program is quite strict to begin with. When you start to feel better, with decreasing symptoms and are even free from all symptoms, you will slowly and gradually reintroduce certain food groups back into your diet.

If the program proves too difficult for you, Hildur will guide you with shortcuts for simplification that should make it easy for everyone to follow it.
Each week, three educational lectures and additional material are provided. After the lectures are published, you can watch the educational lectures at a time that suits you during the course.
In two to three weeks, people usually start to experience positive changes in the digestive system, and that is the basis for other systems of the body to begin to build up and heal. But the rebuilding period is very different for each individual and depends on how ill people are when they come into the program.
We recommend that you work closely with your doctors and let them know that you are participating in this course. The course lasts for 4 weeks and you have access to the course materials for an additional week. If you choose to continue with Hildur after that, you can join an advanced course with deeper, increased support, where you still have full access to all the material from the foundation course.
No, not at all! But people who are vegan or vegetarians can of course participate and experience the same benefits as others.
You can expect to experience detoxification symptoms for the first 1-2 weeks, but it varies greatly from person to person. Some experience no symptoms while others experience flu-like symptoms, even fever, headache and bone pain.
