I’m from Iceland—a country known for its breathtaking landscapes, natural healing traditions, and deep connection to well-being.

For most of my life, I struggled with major health issues that only got worse over time. Just a few years ago, I was at my lowest—I could barely stand for more than two hours a day.

I lived in constant pain, had no energy, suffered from chronic migraines, and barely slept.

My medical history was long:

✅ Arthritis

✅ Osteoarthritis

✅ Fibromyalgia

✅ Digestive disorders

✅ Chronic migraines

✅ Thyroid disease

✅ Severe burnout (multiple times)

Even early-stage cancer—twice.

I was told these conditions were “incurable.” But I refused to accept that.

So, over 9 years ago, I decided to take control. I spent two years diving into the latest research, developing an approach that allowed me to eliminate almost all of my symptoms.

✨ I got my energy back.
